Wythnos/Week 16 & 17: 17-30 Tachwedd/November 1914

[English below]

Bu morwyr o Aberteifi ar fwrdd y ‘Severn’ yn cymryd rhan ym mombardiad Nieuport.  Yn Llandysul cafwyd adroddiadau fod Willie Jones, Farmyard wedi’i anafu. Ymddengys hefyd fod mwy a mwy o fenywod yn yfed yn y bore!

Cardigan sailors on board the ‘Severn’ were part of the bombardment of Nieuport.  In Llandysul there are reports of the wounding of Willie Jones, Farmyard. It also seems that there is an increase in women drinking in the morning!
