Cynhaliwyd cyngerdd yng Nghastellnewydd Emlyn i godi arian at gronfa’r rhyfel, a chafodd pawb fodd i fyw, gan gynnwys y ffoaduriaid o Wlad Belg. Mae eitemau am y rhyfel yn cynnwys mwy o hanesion am y ffoaduriaid o Wlad Belg, yn ogystal ag ymdrechion Meistr Gwynne James i godi arian ar gyfer plant amddifad y wlad honno.   Gwnaethpwyd ymdrech i anfon sigaréts ddydd Nadolig at bob morwr a milwr oedd wedi’u hanafu.  Copi o glawr blaen y gyfrol wladgarol Chappel edition of the National Anthems of the Allies a gedwir yn Archifdy Ceredigion.

A concert was held in Newcastle Emlyn in aid of the war fund which was enjoyed by all including the Belgian refugees. War items include more accounts of the Belgians including the endeavors of Master Gwynne James to raise funds for the Belgian Orphans.  Efforts made to send smokes to every wounded sailor and soldier for Christmas day.  Front cover of the patriotic Chappel edition of the National Anthems of the Allies which is deposited at Ceredigion Archives.
