Wythnos 29 a 30/Week 29 and 30: 16 Chwefror/February-1 Mawrth 1915

Ceir newyddion da am fedyddio baban rhyfel yn y Cilgwyn.  Cawn ragor o hanesion yn y golofn ‘Llith o fyd y milwyr’ lle mae’r Preifat Griffiths yn addo dal ati i ysgrifennu hyd nes y rhydd magnelau’r Almaenwyr daw arno. Roedd y Pavilion yn Aberteifi’n hysbysebu darlith gan Mons. Carain, ffoadur o Wlad Belg, ynglŷn â “Goresgyniad Gwlad Belg”.  Yn ôl y ‘Latest Wires’ roedd y Prydeinwyr yn dal eu tir wrth frwydro ger Ypres.

Good news of the christening of a Cilgwyn war baby.  More tales from the column ‘Llith o fyd y milwyr’ where Private Griffiths vows to continue to write until the German guns possibly stop him. The Pavillion, Cardigan was advertising a lecture by Mons. Carain, a Belgian refugee on “The Invasion of Belgium”.  In the ‘Latest Wires’ the British were holding their own in battles near Ypres.
