Yn parhau eto gyda chofnodion y Pwyllgor Cynhyrchu Bwyd, rhannwyd y tir ar gyfer rhandiroedd i’w gosod, o’r dyddiad pan arwyddwyd y Cytundeb Tenantiaeth tan y 1af o Chwefror, 1918 a hynny am rent sefydlog am y cyfnod cyfan.

Ceir adroddiad bod Preifat Llewelyn S. Lewis adre o Ffrainc yn y Cardigan and Tivyside a chyhoeddiad am enedigaeth mab i Mrs Morgan, Greenfield-Square, gwraig Preifat Tom Morgan.

Ar lwyfan cenedlaethol, mae Mr John Rowland, M.V.O., un o Gomisiynwyr Yr Yswiriant Cymreig wedi ei benodi yn Gyfarwyddwr Y Gwasanaeth Milwrol Cenedlaethol yn y Dywysogaeth. Brodor o Dregaron yw Mr Rowland a dderbyniodd ei addysg ym Mhrifysgiol Cymru, Aberystwyth.

Mae’r Gynnwr Taylor yn ymweld â phlant Ysgol Glynarthen ac yn esbonio pwrpas yr arfau sydd ganddo yn ei feddiant.

Cyfathreba’r Prif Gwnstabl E. Williams â Chadeirydd ac aelodau Cyd-bwyllgor Sefydlog Heddlu Sir Aberteifi ynglŷn â’r adroddiad gwallus honedig a ddarparwyd gan yr heddlu i’r Awdurdod Milwrol ar gais Mr Jones, Glanrafon, Llanbadarn i ryddhau ei fab, Evan o’r fyddin (cyfeiriwyd at yr achos yma yng nghofnodion y Cyd Bwyllgor Sefydlog  yn wythnos 128).

Continuing again with the minutes of the Food Production Committee, allocations are made for allotments which are to be let from the date of signing the Agreement of Tenancy until the 1st February 1918 at a fixed rent for the whole period.

In this week’s Cardigan and Tivyside Private Llewelyn S. Lewis is reported as being home from France on leave and an announcement is made of the birth of a son to Mrs Morgan, Greenfield Square, the wife of Private Tom Morgan.

On the national scene Mr John Rowland, M.V.O., one of the Welsh Insurance Commissioners is appointed Director of the National Service in the Principality. Mr Rowland is a native of Tregaron and was educated at the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth.

The children of Glynarthen school are paid a visit by Gunner Taylor who explains to them the uses of the weapons which he has brought to show them.

E. Williams, the Chief Constable, communicates with the Chairman and Members of the Standing Joint Police Committee for Cardiganshire regarding the alleged inaccurate report furnished by the Police to the Military Authority on an application of Mr Jones, Glanrafon, Llanbadarn for the release of his son Evan from the Army (this case was previously mentioned in the Standing Joint Committee minutes in week 128).
